Are your products made to order?
Yes! Every piece is printed just for you when you order. This helps reduce waste, keeps things sustainable, and makes your gear truly unique.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a sizing chart — be sure to check it before ordering since everything is made to order and we can’t exchange for size issues.
Do your designs fade or peel?
Nope. Our apparel is printed using high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) and FLEX DTG methods for vibrant, long-lasting prints. Follow the care instructions and your design will stay bold.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Fulfillment takes about 2–7 business days, then shipping usually takes:
- U.S.: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always — this depends on the quantity ordered, since items are made per order, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. But if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it for free — just contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue.
What if my package is lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, reach out and we’ll help track it down and make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments for a secure and smooth checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
